We do not accept insurance. We do accept HSA and FSA cards as payment for sessions, and Clarity & Co. Counseling is considered an out-of-network provider, which means your insurance company may reimburse a portion of your costs if you file a claim yourself.
We know it can be frustrating trying to find therapy in Nashville and New Hampshire that is covered by insurance. We choose not to for very important reasons, primarily because most insurance companies aren’t concerned about mental and emotional wellness through stressful times. They tend to only focus on medical outcomes, requiring a label that permanently diagnoses individuals, often unnecessarily, and sometimes dishonestly.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We accept debit, FSA, and HSA cards. Payment is due at the end of each session. Almost all of our clients add a card-on-file during their intake process that is automatically billed after each session.
My rate is $175.00 for a clinical hour. I also offer 90-minute sessions for $265.00 or 2-hour sessions for $350.00.
Investing in your emotional and relational health is a value I take very seriously. This isn’t about the cost for an hour of our time. It’s about the price and the potential to change your life for the better.
